We are pleased to share another video in the series produced in conjunction with Te Kawa a Tāne, WorkSafe, Safetree and the forestry industry.
Forestry Whanau Days are being held across the district. This one organised by Ra Whakapono Logging, held in Te Karaka, in conjunction with Rātā Forest Management Ltd.
This event was a really uplifting experience for the forestry workers and too their family’s.
For one family it was the first time the children had witnessed their father operating an excavator.
After such a challenging year, these events are great networking, they improve whanau and kaimahi relationships and acknowledge the mana of these hard working people who are the backbone of our primary industry.
